Today, like my typical day of #quarantine, I was walking by the lake reflecting on all that I'm grateful for when I found a beautiful heart shaped rock under the water! As I attempt to photograph this lovey specimen of love, I receive a FB message from a woman in Tehran, Iran. Now I wouldn't normally open a message while I was photographing, but I thought she could be a relative so I opened it. She said "I saw your profile, the photos of hearts you have uploaded and it grabbed my attention. Around a year ago I was heart broken and very desperate. I was by my bedroom window and talking to God and crying...it was raining. Then a big heart shaped balloon was thrown into my window! Since then I am photographing hearts everywhere! No one believed me here. I am very happy because now I know I am not alone!"

I then took this photo of the heart beneath my feet and sent it to her. "When you find more hearts please post and #carrorism & #carrorist to inspire others who may also feel alone. You truly have the heart of a carrorist, share your kindness!"
She said "I sure will and this is the heart I found at lunch!"

Our heart to heart connection touched me so deeply! We are all connected, one human race, and we all deserve to experience the unconditional love that exists in our hearts!
Continue to #carrorize yourselves and those you love with extra kindness, especially now!
