How do you explain to a group of 2nd graders what a carrorist does? After speaking with older students and adults, and being asked the question numerous times, I would always comment "it's the opposite of terrorism". I'm sure some 2nd graders understand terrorism and might be able to discern what a carrorists does, but I wanted to simplify it for them.

The morning of the presentation I awoke inspired to create an easy activity for the kids to practice carrorism, but I hadn't created the language to share the idea with ease. As you know, giving more is an essential theme of carrorism. So I wanted the students to give unexpected words of #gratitude and #kindness to someone they love, a pet or themselves.

I finished designing a special carrorist card for the students to easily execute my vision. As I waited at the print shop for the cards, I read this saying on a poster "Do Random Acts of Kindness", and I instantly thought carrorist do "Conscious Acts of Kindness!". There it was, "Conscious Acts of Kindness". That's exactly what I do! So I instructed the 2nd graders to do so and also everyone else I meet. When your heroic heart and mind are awakened and dancing harmoniously in alignment, you will consciously #carrorize yourself and those around you. Happy Conscious Carrorizing!#carrorism #nasreenameri #healthywords
