Carrorism as a Positive Psychology Practice

Carrorism started out being a word I created to counter the energy of terrorism and it transformed into my personal life #philosophy and #midset that has practical positive psychology practices, wow! I'm grateful and overjoyed to share my jorney with you! Why? Because everyone deserves to feel as good as I do now! We all have are own ways that we practice positive psychology. Perhaps you strive to eat healthy, compliment someone, or ensure you have alone time. Conscious acts of kindness are ways I practice Carrorism. For example, many of you have seen me handing out "a little love in a jar" my literary snacks. I practice conscious acts of #kindness, not only to others but first and foremost, myself.
