Hours before I started writing my little book of heart #meditations, I would have never
imagined writing them with such ease and #enjoyment. I was actually hanging from a tree upside down in between photo shoots thinking about all the hearts I photographed in the previous months. When the elements of the first heart meditation popped into my head, It was a very quick, yet profound vision of the #universe connected to all of our hearts. That thought, would become this meditation "the universe is in your heart... become it."
After writing my book, designing the cover, and self-publishing it, I am so grateful for that
little vision on Valentine's day last year. Experiencing the #brilliance of the universe
emerging from my #heart and becoming a universe of ideas, creativity, and manifestations from within granted me new sight. Now, I can see the #brilliance of the universe with greater ease at this new phase in my hero's journey. Ha, Just glancing at the "nutrition facts" on the back of my book and reading "spiritual spinach" is the perfect reminder to me that the universe is in my heart. Why? Because I wanted to explain the light-hearted and love infused energy I cooked up on each page of my book with the world. When you finally see my book, don't just read it, but eat it!
